I think I'm having a panic attack.
My heart is honestly beating like 5 times what it regularly does. I’m getting really feverish. My chest hurts. I’ve had panic attacks before but usually they come from a reason. I have NO reason for this to just happen to me. I started getting a headache like 20 minutes ago and then this. Oh jeez. I’m going to take a shower I guess.

I’m a huge asshole. I need to stop sleeping all day. My life is garbage. I’m going to do the same exact thing I did yesterday. Wake up at 3pm, eat a grilled cheese, go to work, come home, eat something else, watch television on my computer, sleep. Repeat. Life.
